williamsburg plantation

has anyone heard that williamsburg plantation is in financial trouble?also,can anyone tell me the parent company or stock market symbol of williamsburg plantation so i can look up their financial health?thanks,mike

I know the management company. It is Daily Resorts. If you check this website, the last part of the first page talks about Williamsburg Plantation. It doesn't mention financial problems. But it does say the Development company is going to start the final phase....maybe this had been held up due to the poor real estate market?

The completed phases of this condo should be owned by the people who bought the weeks or longer shares. The HOA/COA hires the management company. Usually, the same company that is the management company is related to the Developer. I know Daily is related to another T/S company, but can't remember the name. ( Some place in Fort Lauderdale, think one management persons name is Lambert)

That company that had some relation to Daily is called The Berkley Group. (It has connections with Massanuttun ( ok Jay Jay...I can't spell) many of the Vacation Villages T/S developments...but I don't know in what capacity).

It is a private company that deals in RE development. You can't find much about it on the internet, but they do list a name and address ( James Lambert in Ft Lauderdale ).
