Information on selling Wyndham Limetree in St Thomas

Hi, We are investigating selling Limetree Beach Resort by Club Wyndham Southside, St. Thomas (USVI). It's paid off, the maintenance fee is about $1100 a year. Just wondering if this type of unit could be easily sold. Is it a desirable property? I only see one comparable listed for sale ($2400) and none in past sales. Where did you see the comparable one listed for sale? Where do you look up past sales? Have you tried parousing E-Bay completed auctions?
