Buy and Sell Timeshares

Has anyone heard of or used Buy and Sell Timeshares of Florida?? If so, what is your opinion of them.

Are you buying or selling? If selling, don't ever pay upfront fee to a resale company to sell your timeshare. You'll never see that money again. If you're buying, I have no adivce since I've never heard of the company before.
