Good morning, I am looking at purchasing a floating unit in the Lakes section of Vistana in Orlando but the seller is not familiar with the renovation fee that is currently being charged to the owners there. I understand it is about $1200 and I don't want to purchase the unit without confirming that this is either going to be charged to me in the future or if it is already paid. Any advice? Would this be addressed in the closing documents? Thanks!

I own a TS at Vistana Resort Spring section and we also had a two part renovation fee, one this summer and one around the 1st of 2009 for aroun $650 each. I would wait until after the unit is renovated as it won't affect the sales price. Dean
