============ Absolutely. The resort may also want you to send a letter with the renter's information. In addition find out if the resort sends a separate confirmation to the renter.
One of my resorts does not send a separate confirmation, rather I send a copy of my confirmation to the renter and a letter to the resort stating the name, address, etc of the person using my unit.
