Purshasing a Timeshare with HVC through RedWeek

I am a new Hilton Vacation Club owner of 7,000 points. Home is Hilton LasVegas. I have many options through HVC that I currently enjoy - mainly using the HVC site to make early reservation at any HVC Property using my points. If I purchase an annual timeshare through RedWeek worth 7,000 points no matter where will I have the same options as my HVC purshase. Namely using the HVC site to make online reservations?
