I paid $400.00 up front for them to sell my timeshare and I have heard nothing. Its been 1 year. Boy, am I stupid, I should have trusted my intuition. Teresa

Redweek doesn't sell timeshares .... the are merely a listing site for timeshare sales and rentals BY owners. Owners make up their own ads and list their own prices for sales and rentals, Redweek has no control over that.

Also, you evidently have redweek.com (the site you're on now) mixed up with an upfront fee resale company.

Teresa, First if you have read any of these forums and since you state you have been around a year its seems even by mistake you might have read some post and learned something.

It is stated by these forums over and over again never pay upfront company for anything to do with timeshares because it is a rip off.

Second point is about your being stupid and I don't know you so I hate to agree even though like a deer in the head lights you don't seem to know where your at with this forum.

As stated Redweek does not sell or rent timeshares but lets you run a ad for a fee like a news paper.

It is sad you paid money to some upfront company giving your money away for nothing but remember there are people that come on these sites and cry about being taken more than one time with different company but same game plan! Now that is stupid people!

Teresa, way to admit your mistake and many would have just never responed so good job!

Now don't run off now that you have found Redweek. Stay and learn about timeshares and also go to Tug.com to learn.

Remember no upfront companies for selling or renting because most if not all are scam jobs.
