Never heard of them, but if they want any money from you as an "upfront fee", do yourself a personal favor and don't "donate" to them (....if you pay them, that's all it will be --- a voluntary donation). Save your money and just politely say goodbye and hang up the phone...

This is very true because i have donated myself a couple of times before i wised up.
