First of all if you own a timeshare you should know that a timeshare is considered a luxury item, and you are taxed on it in a different way then real property. Timeshare resale companies are licensed to sell timeshares not real estate. Before you pay the fee, you should get their license number to be sure that they are certified to do what they say.

Never, ever pay any company an upfront fee in the hundreds of dollars to list your timeshare unless you have money to throw away, they're all scams. All they want is the upfront fee.
