Buying, Renting, and Selling Timeshares

Buying and Need Input on Broker

Jun 24, 2009

Folks,

New member. Great site!

Have seen some comments on the following, but looking to see if any recent transactions by folks:

Michelle Donato Lic.Real Estate Agent -- Timeshare Resales USA/GMAC

Anyone use this broker and/or agent recently. I just get concerned putting down $1000 deposit to purchase from some company or agent I know very little about. The contract reads like it is primarly concerned about them getting their money.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Ted

I saw you also posted your question on TUG, I'm sure you'll get more replies there.

NEVER EVER pay an upfront fee in the hundreds/thousands of dollars to any company to list your timeshare in a database that no one will ever see ..... they're ALL SCAMS. All they want is your credit card number and your upfront fee.

Do some research here, and on other internet timeshare forums, to learn about 'upfront fee resale companies and read how many thousands of timeshare owners that have been scammed by them.
