Buying, Renting, and Selling Timeshares

Any one hear of "Todays Mexican Sales and Rentals?"

Aug 24, 2009

I just got a call from someone representing "Todays Mexican Sales and Rentals". They said they were trying to get sellers for Club Regina properties (which is part of Raintree Vacation Clubs). I did some googling bus couldn't come up with much info. They said they would line up a buyer and there would be a 2k charge after they receive the money from the buyer (at least there is no up front fee).

I am always leary of calls of this type and would appreciate any feedback. Dave @ dtfromme@aol.com

The way timeshares are reselling in this economy, I doubt they could get $2000 for the timeshare in the first place.

Tell them they will get the 2K after YOU recevie the money from the buyer. My guess is after you pay them the 2K, the buyer will mysteriously disappear or there will be a problem with the sale.
