Has anyone used Eclipse Properties to sell a time share? They have an up front fee and claim to have a buyer who is interested in purchasing our timeshare. This company has a B+ rating and 4 claims with the Better Business Bureau.

Tomh if you have taken the time to read past postings on here or any other forum you would know that your first question has a obvious answer and it is always the same!

Do not pay upfront fee's and no some company you never heard of has a buyer for your timeshare. Put your money away or lose it. Choice is yours as it is your money to lose.

These companies pop up everyday or just change names and all have same MO of upfront fee and have a buyer just sitting here waiting for your timeshare!
