I seem to be receiving emails almost daily claiming to be from Owner Services, Westgate Resorts if i wish to rent or sell my property but the email address is ownerservices11@listingdepartment.com. Are they legitimate?

I have no idea if they're legitimate or not but if they ask for an upfront fee then they're a scam.
