Well, I do agree with you that you should have received something more from them than just the paperwork. Did they at least give you a Directory of Resorts?
Any good resort should have contacted you at least twice by now to make sure you understook everything, were OK with the purchase and if nothing else, to make sure you arrived home OK.
If you have all of your signed paperwork, that is at least a step in the right direction. I would however e-mail them immediately and ask when you will be receiving your exchange membership and any other documents or directories you may need/want.
This is, unfortunately, yet another example of what needs to be improved in the "old" timeshare system...customer service needs to be stepped up several notches.
Before you purchase another timeshare Kellie, I would suggest you look at the price of similar timeshares on RedWeek.com. After all, there is no such thing as a "new" or "used" timeshare.
