Buying, Renting, and Selling Timeshares

Atlanta Resale Group - Is this a scam company?

We have been contacted by this company with an offer to buy our timeshare in Mexico. I have been unable to find out any information about them. Has anyone had any experience with them?

Believe me, the only companies that call you with an offer to buy your timeshare is a scam.

Did you even have it advertised? If not, then it is definitely a scam. If they offered you an unreasonably high amount for your timeshare (more than $1000), then it is a scam!

It wouldn't make any diff if you could find info on them. It is still a scam. The only reason to deal with them is if you simply want out of the timeshare, but in any case or reason it is still going to cost you money.

If you want to sell...advertise on RedWeek or TUG and price according to how bad you want to sell. It will take awhile, but your only costs will be the listing fee and maybe closing costs.
