For Sale - Kings Creek Plantation (KCP)

I didn't know what kind of drug I was taking on that day, and agree to paid KCP. Me & my husband don't know anything about timeshare & never interested, the most influence on that day was our anniversary. We need the money now to put our kids into college. Anyone can help me how to sell 4 bedroom estate & maintenance fee paid until 2012. Thanks - Ari

First rule that cannot be overstated: Never, ever pay anyone a large, upfront fee to sell, rent out or market your timeshare. Next rule of thumb: Get a good idea what your interval is worth on the resale market. You may suffer a heart attack learning that it is only worth about 5%-10% of what you originally paid!

Check reputable resale sites such as Redweek, My Resort Network, E-bay, or TUG to see what units like yours are selling for.

Also, be patient. Some timeshares take months (even years) to sell.
