RCI Points System - which one should I buy?

I'm trying to get into the RCI points system and I have found 2 deals which look pretty good - I am new at this though so thought I would try to get some advice. Both are 92,500 points with M/F around $735. One is the Vacation Village at Parkway (Gold Crown) and one is the Kingstown Crown Reef (Silver) - both in the Orlando area near Disney. I don't understand how they can have the same points value but one be a gold crown and one a silver crown. Has anyone heard anything good or bad about either of these timeshares? Also, one is on ebay (no reserve) - so not sure of purchase price and the other one is asking about $2K.

I wouldn't pay more than $1000 for any timeshare in central Florida.

Have you checked the reviews of these resorts on Redweek?

Yes - didn't see anything terrible about either...but found some information about the property management company for one that was not very favorable - definitely buying the Kingstown Crown Reef - very few on the market and the one that I'm buying is less than 1/3 the cost of the few other resales that I've been able to find.
