Selling Weeks at Mayan Palace

We purchased 75 weeks at a Mayan Palace resort and have not used any of them. We would like to sell it but everything I see is for points or a specific week. We are able to use as many of these weeks, whenever we want, at any of the Mayan Palace resorts within a 25 year period. The faster we use them the faster they are gone. Can use 1 week per year or 5 weeks per year. How do I go about selling this timeshare instead of holding onto it? Sorry, just joined Redweek so this is all very new to me!!!

It's uncertain in you post above if these are timeshare weeks or merely a vacation plan ownership. Did you sign a deed ..... if so, what does the deed say you own.

It looks like they are timeshare weeks and that we are not deeded to a property. It says "as Grand Paradise Club Members we are entitled to the membership privileges for 25 years". So it looks like we have to go thru Grand Paradise Club to book our 75 weeks and it looks like we don't necessarily "own" at Mayan Palace? I'm so confused and was hoping someone might be able to give me some advice.
