You can go to ltrba.com for a list of reputable resale agents that won't charge you anything until after the sale. The downside, however, is that they charge a minimum $1000 commission and a timeshare in Central Florida is probably worth far less than $1000.
You can advertise it for a small amount here on RedWeek. Some other good sites are My Resort Network and Timeshare Users Group (tug2.net; aka TUG).
Bidshares. com and Craigslist are free but likely won't yield the result you're looking for. You can try E-bay but you're likely to get very little response for a Central Florida timeshare unless it's Disney because E-bay is flooded with people (and Post Card Companies) trying to dump their timeshare.
One good way to avoid a scam is to make sure what your property is worth on the resale market. Since Central Florida is saturated with timeshares (with costly maintenance fees), your property's value is probably around nil. If you're trying to unburden yourself from the annual fees, you may just have to look at giving it away for free.
