With all due respect to Redweek for it's new tool 'What's Your Timeshare Worth' .... there are so many different variables as to what a timeshare is worth to rent or sell (ie: supply and demand). For instance, I checked to see what my timeshare would rent for (time owned, building, etc.) and no way would it rent for just $57 a night .... it might during winter season but not red hot season, which I own. The lowest cost hotel in the area wouldn't even rent for that a night.
You can't go by what a seller is asking for a sell or rental .... you have to go by what it actually sold or rented for. If you could come up with a calculation for what timeshares actualy sold or rented for, then that would be the correct calculation ... not what owners are asking.
