Great Service without the scam.

I've been in the market to sell my timeshare and have been for a little over 4 months. I found a company in Orlando, FL-Vacation Property Marketing-and they were extremely helpful. I was enticed by their "All Service-No Scam" slogan. I was charged an upfront fee, but my property was sold at the negotiated price and their customer relation skills were excellent. I'm glad I found them.

This is clearly just a thinly veiled (and entirely unconvincing) ad, probably placed in this forum by an employee of this outfit.

Vacation Property Marketing has already been previously mentioned here (in RedWeek forums) as a scam operation. It is not clear or proven (but is in my personal opinion, quite likely), that Vacation Property Marketing is actually just a "spinoff" of Vacation Property Resales, which is an entity based in Tampa and which is currently under very active investigation by the Florida Attorney General.

I don't see (and I certainly don't expect to see later) any actual specific, verifiable facts or details about exactly what substantive or useful "help" has allegedly been provided by this "marketing" outfit.

I strongly suggest taking the above bogus "endorsement" with a grain (...or ten) of salt and view it with a VERY dubious eye.

They helped me sell my timeshare. Makes me wonder who you work for Ken1193?!

I don't work for anyone even remotely related to the timeshare industry; I never did and I never would. I do, however, have nearly 30 years of timeshare ownership and experience and, in that time frame, have seen all the scams come and go. The game is always essentially the same ---only the NAMES ever really change.

As to my employment, I am a former county and state prosecutor, a history which has made me quite familiar with the concepts of facts and evidence. I have been happily retired for a number of years now. Nonetheless, thanks for asking! ;-)

I extend to you the exact same challenge I have posed to other such vague, bogus "happy talk" claims of success --- post some actual, verifiable FACTS that can be checked out, such as the County deed book and page of your (alleged) "successful sale". A vague, unsupported claim that an unknown upfront fee entity "helped you sell" is thoroughly unconvincing and just "ain't gonna cut it" here.

I'm basically calling you a liar --- so please, go right ahead and prove me to be absolutely wrong with some actual substantive FACTS! I'll be waiting (...but certainly not holding my breath while doing so)....

Ricky just wondering what was the fee as you forgot to mention it. If your fee was more then the ts was worth you got taken.
