Four Seasons Aviara is a nice place. Not nice enough apparently. The Board and the professional managers have commited us to a multi-million dollar makeover, some of it necessary, but most of it not. How do the owners exert their will in this situation? It was presented to us as a fait accompli.

Go to the next HOA meeting and voice your displeasure .... if you can't go for whatever reason then video your complaint and send it to each member of the HOA board.
