advice needed selling dvc disney membership

I currently have a dvc disney membership due to rising cost of annual dues and flights to the states from the uk. Another big problem is work so is proving exspensive to keep it. Disney have recommended fidelity and confused with the process of dealing with the issue. Any help grealy welcomed
