Additional Fees?

The price that is listed on the site for re-sales, is that the final price or are there additioanl fees for closing and transferring title/deed?

Yes they're is an extra expense via closing costs, however depending how desperate the owner is to sell his timeshare, he/she may pay closing .... it's negotiable.

You may also have to pay a fee to a notary to notarize your statement. That should not cost more than $50.
