What are my rights?- Timeshare company just sold my property

Hi there- New to this site and looking for some advice. I bought a timeshare 2 years ago- beach front....sun year round and the company just sold the site and has converted me to a property that is not beach front and very seasonal...and in a different country. What are my rights? Company will allow me to walk away but is not willing to prorate purchase price. Doesn't seem fair!!

Appreciate any help or referrals.

Did you sign a contract to purchase the timeshare 2 years ago?

Contract was signed that provided for allocated use rights for a named home resort.
