Buying, Renting, and Selling Timeshares

"What's Your Timeshare worth on Red Week.com" SUGGESTION

Instead of just using listing prices as your basis for what a timeshare rental or sale is worth it would be far more reliable to include sales/rentals that have been completed. You can list your timeshare for whatever you want but the true value is what you got for it. My 2 cents.

Exactly !!! The best place to look for this information is on Ebay's 'timeshares completed sales' but you have to sign up to be a member and that's easy:

Do most listings for timeshares include closing costs? I called Wyndham to get a price for the transfer fee and it was $299. Does that include everything or will I be billed more?

I doubt seriously that timeshare listings include closing cost .... if so it should be listed in the ad.
