Buying, Renting, and Selling Timeshares

Purchasing deeded TS, outside US

What is a reputable and trusted company to use when purchasing a timeshare from a private party? If both the buyer and I live in the US AND the deeded timeshare is in another country...

Need a company to facilitate the sale, i.e title search, legal sale, transfer of deed...

www.timesharetransfer.com (with one s) and www.timeshareresaleclosings.com are two reputable closing companies.

Yes, they both are escrow companies.

Chicago Title Timeshare is also a good company, but they are a bit more expensive.
