Has anyone been to the Hyatt Beach House and how is the area surrounding it. Looking to purchase there. Thanks.

We've never actually been to the resort but we've walked passed it on numerous occasions .... it's in an excellent location within walking distance to DuVal St. and other KW attractions.

We have stayed at Hyatt Beach House and at Hyatt Sunset Harbor. Both are great, however Sunset Harbor is the property that is just steps from Duval Street and the cruise ship dock. Beach House is the first property on your right as you arrive on Key West. It has a very nice pool, and great units - after all - it is a Hyatt. I would not want to walk from Beach House to Downtown, although you could do so. Pull up Google maps to get a better idea of where it is. Hyatt Windward Point (also on Key West) has the best pool. Beach House does have the lowest maintenance fees of the three Key West Hyatts. You can never go wrong with Hyatt.
