Can I get a refund from marketing company in my timeshare resale with Playa Grande
I currently have my timeshare advertised with TW Marketing which I found on BBB website. After reading everyone comments on here, I'm thinking of seeing if I can get a refund even though I signed a contract agreement for $199. I assume that most companies require money upfront but now I see that they don't. Now I'm thinking am I obligated to have them sell my timeshare or can I cancel it and use Redweek to sell it for me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Also I just found this site. Have anyone heard or used this company in getting their money back?

These so-called recovery operations appear to be one of the newest scams out there. They claim that, for an upfront fee, they can get your money back from the original scam artists.
Your best bet would be to report this matter to the Attorney-General of the state where the scam operation is located.

I doubt seriously that can get a refund since you signed a contract, however if all you were out was $199 then consider yourself lucky ..... many of these type outfits demand much more than that upfront.

Once the scammers get you the first time they put you on the " sucker list ". You become prey for every scam artist with a new twist. They will claim anything to get more money from you even claiming they can get your original money back. Cut your losses and only deal with licensed realestate people.
