We have been having a difficult time trying to find the right venue, online site, realtors, etc... to sell our timeshare in Hawaii. Does anyone have any suggestions, so we don't spend a lot of time and money with no results?

First of all, remember to never pay anyone a large, upfront fee to sell, rent out, market, or "cancel" your timeshare. That's always a scam.

You can list your unit for sale here on RedWeek. Other reputable sites are My Resort Network, Timeshare Users Group (aka "TUG"; tug2.net), E-Bay, or Cragislist.

The site ltrba.com has a list of licensed real estate brokers who will sell your timeshare for you and (very important) will take their commission out of the proceeds of the sale. Keep in mind, though that they charge a minimum $1000 commission and your timeshare may not be worth that much.
