Has anyone heard of Net Management Group in Detroit, Michigan? They called us offering to purchase our timeshare. No money upfront. 8% commission from the sale proceeds after closing, upon receipt and confirmation of the full proceeds of the sale. They emailed us a proposal offer asking us to sign it and return it. It states we are under no obligation by signing.
They are saying all the right things, but I'm still leary. Any comments?

They called you out of the blue ..... red flag #1.
Somewhere along the line they will ask for an upfront fee .... be it an appraisal, closing fee etc. Don't give them 1 cent of your money and don't continue communicating with them .... it's a scam.
