I have gotten a few calls from a timshare reseller named Millineum property management. They claim to have corporate buyer for my Cancun Timeshare. The gave me an absurd offer of $89,000. While i know this must be a scam, has anyone had any dealings with them ?

They are not asking for any money upfront or at closing.

Thanks

Scam ..... there's no timeshare on earth worth $89,000 .... this ridiculous high offer should have raised a red flag with you .... somewhere along the line they will ask for a large upfront fee (for closing, appraisal) then when you pay it you're history.

I'm beginning to believe that resale timeshare scams are becoming the #1 scam in the world.

I had similar calls for my timeshare. I called my resort and they already knew about the people that contacted me. They told me they were fraudulent and that some members had lost money to them. I suggest you call your resort first.
