Points Wyndham knows about

Mar 07, 2013

I'm thinking about buying more Wyndham points from this site, either directly from the owner or from RedWeek as the manager of the points. I already have enough points bought directly from Wyndham to qualify for VIP status. I don't want to upgrade my VIP status, just want more points to use during the use year.

How does Wyndham know I have bought these additional points? Can I access these additional points on their website for booking? I guess they must have some way of knowing or they couldn't charge me more maintenance fees.

2nd question: do the maintenance fees/point transfer at the exact same dollar value as the original owner's maintenance fee? Or is there some kind of razzle dazzle that lets Wyndham raise the fees on that repurchased bundle of points?

Thank you very much.

You have to find a timeshare closing company such as www.timesharetransfer.com or JRA Services to implement the contract for closing .... when all is complete the closing company will notify the resort your Wyndham points are associated with.

The maintenance fees should remain the same as the original owner's.
