When I rent a timeshare through RedWeek.com, how do I know that when I get to the timeshare I rented, it will be available to me

There should always be a rental contract in place signed by both the owner and renter stating the stipulations of the rental ..... after all of this is done then you would need to call the resort to make sure the rental is in your name. You can 'search forums' for sample rental contracts.
