I am working on a blog website that will cover various topics, including travel. I plan on doing a blog on buying TS resale. Since I own Wyndham I would like to work with a broker that mainly deals with Wyndham resales in case I do find someone that wants to buy. I also am interested in working with a broker because in about two years I want to buy another 150,000 points and if we fall in love with Destin and/or Panama City Beach after our trip next summer I would be looking for properties in those areas.
I am a little puzzled why there is such a huge difference in resale price for 154,000 Wyndham points. There seems to be a huge difference in mf as well. We pay about $80 a month for our two properties, one an even year and the other an odd year, they average 160,000 points a year. I have seen 154,000 annual memberships with mf listed as $50 and this makes me a little skeptical. I also see prices range from $8,000 to $1 for the same points. Does the location make that much difference or is it a matter of the seller not being aware of the resale market.
