Looking for a relationship with a TS broker

I am working on a blog website that will cover various topics, including travel. I plan on doing a blog on buying TS resale. Since I own Wyndham I would like to work with a broker that mainly deals with Wyndham resales in case I do find someone that wants to buy. I also am interested in working with a broker because in about two years I want to buy another 150,000 points and if we fall in love with Destin and/or Panama City Beach after our trip next summer I would be looking for properties in those areas.

I am a little puzzled why there is such a huge difference in resale price for 154,000 Wyndham points. There seems to be a huge difference in mf as well. We pay about $80 a month for our two properties, one an even year and the other an odd year, they average 160,000 points a year. I have seen 154,000 annual memberships with mf listed as $50 and this makes me a little skeptical. I also see prices range from $8,000 to $1 for the same points. Does the location make that much difference or is it a matter of the seller not being aware of the resale market.

Since the great recession of 2008, many timeshare owners are selling their timeshares and points for pennies on the dollar or giving them away to rid themselves of ever increasing rising maintenance fees .... some really good deals are out there now.

Thanks, do you also do Worldmark? In about a year I want to add more Wyndham points. We are going to check out Panama City Beach and Destin next June and if we really like it we make want to keep an eye out for properties in that area. I did see one posting for Majestic Sun I would have jumped at if things were right financially.

I am retired and a part time job i had went away so right now things are tight, but i am working on projects that should help financially. I am starting a blog site and one of the topics will be travel and I want to do a timeshare 101 blog. I want to do my blog and have it posted sometime next week. I would love to have you review it as well in case I am missing important information or am saying something wrong. It is amazing how many people do not know the huge difference buying timeshares resale compared to retail!
