Global Exchange Group Scammers

Sep 18, 2013

I was contacted by Global Exchange Group to sell my timeshare. They made me an offer and then said I needed to pay taxes to Mexico - SAT. Look out for these guys. They are scammers for sure. David Blair, Jacob Hernandez, Gary Harmon, http://global-exchangegroup.com They are out of San Francisco but are don't have a business license in the states. Only Mexico. They use BBVA Bancomer. send me a message and I will give you more info.

That's a common ploy for a lot of scam artists. It does not matter what their name is, if they ask you to pay any kind of a fee or tax upfront to facilitate a sale, then they're a scam.

About the only thing you can do is report them to the attorney general in the state where the scammers are located .... you can do this online.

I also was contacted by Global Exchange Group to sell my timeshares. After checking with my lawyer, was told to go ahead with Globals offer. My lawyer and I both talk with all of men you stated in your message. Paied out alot of money, and never heared from them. The SF police have been notified, but I do not think they will beable to do anything. What have you been able to do? Is there any legal action that can be taken, to recover the money, and to put these guy out of business and into jail?

Thanks, Tony Wiggins vfeverc6@yahoo.com

I think the first thing you need to do is find another lawyer .... I can't believe he/she would fall for this scam.
