Premier Timehare Resale in Park City Utah

Has anyone heard of Premier Timehare Resale in Park City Utah? They claim to be a Remax office with no upfront fees and only pay when the sale is recorded. Thanks for any help.

If you decide to use them you find out immediately if they ask you for a " fee ". NEVER pay anyone money upfront to rent or sell your timeshare.

Here are a couple of red flags to watch out for:

1) How did you find out about them? Did they call you out of the blue? Most scam artists do that.

2) Did they tell you they can sell or rent out your timeshare unit for far above market value? If so, then it is a scam.
