Personally I think you are priced way too high. Although week 51 and week 52 have a bump over fall and Jan-March weeks, there is a lot of inventory in Williamsburg and it only really fills up in the summer. Williamsburg is a bit cold to go for the whole week at this time, so many of the visitors are drive to visitors who may stay only for part of the week. In fact Interval list week 51 and 52 in Williamsburg as slightly below average on their travel demand index so it is more equivalent to an April through early June week. Week 51 and 52 are great weeks for ski resorts, warm weather resorts and places like Orlando that might not be the warmest but it is not really cold and Disney and Universal have a lot more pool than Christmas town at the more northern theme parks.
Also my personal experience is that Redweek works better for high end properties or hotel branded resorts like Hyatt, Marriott, Starwood, Hilton, and Wyndham. Craigslist which is free but does have the potential for more scammer replies probably has way more foot traffic then someone clicking on a lesser known resort in an area with more than a dozen properties to choose from.
Since you already paid to advertise you can let me know if your experience is different than mine.
