Buying, Renting, and Selling Timeshares

AI Timeshare rental

If I rent a week at a AI from a private individual owner do I receive the AI benefits or do we pay extra to the resort?

I think AI (all inclusive) is normally paid to the resort, but I would email the ad owner to make sure as it may vary with AI resorts.
