Can you elaborate with more details? Did this company cold call you? What are they offering or promising you? What are you hoping to accomplish? Are you looking to buy a timeshare? Sell yours? Rent one?

If they telemarketed to you unexpectedly with an offer that seems too good to be true such as selling or renting out your timeshare for dreamlike money, then it's probably a scam.

No phone number on the website. When you search their name nothing comes up, not even their own website. You have to type in www.secondhandtimeshares.com for it to show up. Once you get there you can see that there's little to no real information. There is however a copyright at the bottom of the page claiming 2004-2014, but the website was only just built in January of 2014.

Also, there is no company registered in the State of New York by the name of Second Hand Timeshare (including variations in spaces and spelling). For good measure I checked Florida, Arizona, Nevada and California as well for the business registration, and it doesn't exist in any of those states either.
