For years I have been paying my time share mortgage through Marriott. The rate is high and I would like to refinance it. Any suggestion on time share mortgage companies?

How many years have you been paying? How much left do you have to pay on the mortgage?
My suggestion would be to check with your bank about a Home Equity Line of Credit. Those rates are usually a lot lower than any mortgage specializing in financing timeshares.
