Exploria is the name of the company that formally went by Summer Bay. They have properties in Orlando and maybe about 7 other locations. Club Exploria is what they are currently selling it is an internal exchange club that also uses RCI if you are exchanging outside the Club. I doubt it is any more a scam than purchasing any developer product. Sales over accentuates the positive, brushes over any negatives and implies things that may be the logical conclusion of what they are saying but just aren't true. One who buys purely based on the sales presentation without doing any outside research and verifying the promised benefits either before buying or during the rescission period will probably feel scammed. Those that do research probably won't buy. There are those few special ones who buy either with or without any additional research and are happy with their developer purchased product.
