I have personally never heard of this particular entity in my own 35+ years of association and experience with timeshares, but I will tell you that very few people end up being satisfied with "travel clubs" of any form or flavor. Also, travel clubs sometimes just "disappear" into thin air (along with your buy-in money).
There is no good reason to "buy in" to any such "travel club", whether legitimate or not. You can always rent a fully equipped timeshare condo where and when you want to travel --- without any "cards" or "certificates" of dubious value --- and with no required upfront "buy in" and no annual fees of any sort.
By the way, I'd take any glowing testimonials you've read about any "travel club" with a grain of salt. In the age of the Internet, commercial entities can (and routinely do) manufacture and post their own (shill) praises and endorsements for self-promotion.
Proceed with great caution. Better still, do yourself a favor and don't proceed at all.
