We fell into the same trap. Have you worked out a solution to get out of Capital Vacations and Stormy Point Village?

Yes. I used a local agency to help but I can do it yourself with no fees except a title transfer. Write the home office of capital vacations a letter and explain your reasons for wanting out. You will need to be persistent and send the letter every few months. Get the number for the department that deals with owner transfer. Call them. It took 18 months but I’m finally out from under them. Expect to take a loss on the deal but u get out of increasing maintenance fees for the rest of your life and your family’s life. I can now book stormy point when I want on line for less than the yearly maintenance fees. Good luck.
