Have you dealt with Arrow Marketing before? Usually, when someone contacts you out of the blue claiming to be a lawyer and time shares are involved, it's a scam.

What did this person who contacted you promise to do for you and for how much?

Are you a timeshare owner perhaps seeking to sell, rent out, or get rid of your timeshare?

Same here. Bought in with the promise that Allianz Marketing would buy our deposited weeks at $3500 each. We first bought in March 2022. We stayed there October 2023 during the hurricane. Dante gave us a "better " deal that AMS would buy back at $89900. Well AMS emailed and said our deposited weeks would be paid October 10, 2024. Now they don't return calls or answer emails. I contacted VG but i doubt that will help. Today I contacted Wesley Financial group and they will work on our behalf for a fee, refundable if they are unsuccessful. Perhaps if several of us partnered with Wesley AMS and VG would respond. At worst we would become a pain to them. Wesley is a company that helps timeshare owners get out of contracts. Dee

You've already fallen for the Allianz Marketing scam. Don't fall for the Wesley financial scam. If you want to get out of your VG membership, then just stop paying into it. You don't need to hire WF to do this for you.

They want to purchase my membership. It's a firm in North Carolina.

A phone call out of the blue wanting to purchase a membership is at least 99.99% of the time a scam.

Yes, we are owners. When we went there last year to get the proceeds of our contract, we were told that the marketing had folded and were asked to upgrade our vacation package for $7000. Of course, we didn't agree but have not been able to get in touch with their new marketing company nor talk with anyone there who seems to remotely know what's happening with these vacation packages. It's truly a rip-off and am interested in starting a class action suit against Puerta Vallarta. Anyone else interested, please contact me at atillie_1@att.net.

We did the same thing and bought a one bedroom penthouse suite for over 40 grand and have been scammed. Now a legal group called Curia want to have info and try to go after them. Is this another scam? Has anyone ever gotten money back or does anyone have information that helps?

We have been scammed by Vallarta gardens also and I wonder if you ever found a solution?

How were you scammed? You might have paid way too much for a 1-BD suite but were you actually scammed?

There are very few reports on these boards about how successful these legal groups are about suing resorts and timeshare companies. What are you hoping to accomplish by hiring Curia? What is Curia promising to do for you?

We purchased in 2019, and that time Arrow Marketing was the company to bring clients to vacation in Then, Vallarta Gardens; We put a down payment and followed with balance; we have never received Any Compensation and IF Someone Can Offer Company Name or Legal Counsel to Be Reimbursed, Would be Helpful! We have had yearly maintenence fees with No Compensation! Thank You for Sharing ! Scammed

We are still waiting for money too. Capital marketing group said they sent us through wire to bank. $104,600. We have never received it. Our lives are destroyed.

We are in the process, have several lawsuits going in Mexico have won each one. Not an attorney just trying to get a group together to put real pressure on them.

Timeshare and exit companies are indeed very deceitful and wicked . Wyndham opened credit cards in our name just to charge us conveniently. Report to the consumer protection hacktivist realtreeofalpha on telegram if you want out. ( Not a gaurantee and it’s totally FREE ) He’s the lead investigator who handled my case and did a very fine job. Number +1 475 is215 their’s0057 . You can use their pressure sales tactics against them and many more tricks you’ll find out through Tree . Hactivism is back guys ! Let’s fight back using this specialized professionals who actually are tired of big companies ripping off the people.
