Disturbing development. I cant get through to MC by either reservations line or concierge # since last Wednesday. I get a bogus message about a Sprint customer no longer in service. I called from several cell phones and a land line, same result I did finally get through with an alternate number provided by their live chat line. (Got the same answer as usual, nothing available). We have complained directly to MC, particulrly about marketing calls when we clearly would never recommend it to anyone. Are they messing with us?? Please tell me if anyone else is finding the same problem!

Gary,

We are owners and have experienced the same issues. I have been out of my mind with disgust at the handling of management practices. I too have received several calls for Referrals and have told them I would not recommend anyone especially a family member or friend to get ripped off by this company of thousands of dollars! We will fill out the survey and we have contacted the attorney, Steven Blau 877-310-7678, who has filed a suit on behalf of TMC owners.

Marilyn 54, I totally agree we too have been owners for six years and it's been a nightmare! We the owners pay for the upkeep as little has been done at extremely high maintenance fees. Probably the highest in the country. Join the class action suit. Our power is in numbers of disgruntled owners.

Can you foward name of attorney you utilized for getting out of your contract at TMC. Our annual maintenance fees are that amount! We have been so unhappy with our timeshare ownership and have wanted out for years.

I agree. How can I help others to not get caught up in the deception? We are still owners and want out, but feel selling it to others would be dishonest knowing the situation.

Does anyone know the status of the class action lawsuit???? We are members and it has been a nightmare trying to book a room. We paid our maintenance fees early and still had to book 9 months in advance. we are losing a day for this year....frustrating to say the least

You can try redweek for sale listing here, if a redweek member, log onto TMC site here on redweek and you will get an Idea of what other owners are asking,and list accordingly, then make your best deal if you get any takers, or list on Ebay for $1.00, bidding could be good or not

Did you get any satisfaction from your letter to then Cuomo Atty General, NY? Eisner was a NY prosecutor for the state/city at one point. Maybe this has something to do with how he can get away with the his poor tactics in misrepresentation. Something is not right about this whole MC scam.
