Has anyone dealt with Strategis Realty
it's all bull s^^^ they took my 3700.00 bucks and said 60-90 days you be out of your ts. then i had to notarize a number of pages to submit them to take over my ts. well i followed it too the letter. they said we processing it. takes time to find a buyer. okay no problem , then i',m contacted by a time share closing service. WHERE out of las vegas and they say don't cancell your vacation in august. finally was able to get who they where in LV so i said i don't have a vacation in august. it's potential customers. Hmmmm wow they get to stay for free if they buy my ts. oh no they pay us to rent my ts wait a minute they making money off my and no signature or commitment to buy . Well i had built up 88.000 star option out of vistana resort in orlando which is actually two one week vacations cause normally i get 44.000 a year but during peak time you need 56.000 to stay at christmas . so i thought they renting out my timeshare and collecting money . hmmm i better check with my ts well be knowest to me a second week in july was also booked THEY DON'T PLAN ON GETTING ME OUT OF MY TS. AS LONG AS I GAVE THEM PERMISSION TO SCREW ME AROUNG NICE GAME THEY HAVE GOING THIS IS ABOUT THE FIFTH TIME I HAVE TRUSTED A YOUNG MAN ON THE PHONE AT STRAATEGIS REALTY AND OTHERS THINKING THEY WOULD MOVE MY TS ALONG PS AS LONG AS THEY PAY THE MAINTENANCE THEN THERE IS NO BUYER my name is walter vaughn jr 214-986-2111

Assuming that you actually meant SMTN (Sell My Timeshare Now), most listings there are grossly overpriced and SMTN closing costs are also hugely inflated, so not very many successful transactions ever actually happen there. SMTN doesn't really care, since they already have a good chunk of your money anyhow --- which is really their primary objective.
Do NOT pay ANY so-called "exit / relief / escape / rescue" entity --- including "Strategis Realty". Any and all such outfits will just take your money and do nothing helpful or useful. NO ONE has any legal powers, secret elixirs, or magic carpets to get you out of a timeshare. You have apparently already been burned by SMTN. Don't make the same mistake again now by paying ANY utterly useless "upfront fee" parasite. Don't let frustration or desperation cloud your judgement. Give it away for free or just let foreclosure occur, but DO NOT pay ANY entity that cannot help you in ANY way --- other than to "help" shrink your bank account!

SMTN is not a “scam”, but it’s really nothing more than an overly expensive “listing” site. People willingly pay far too much money to place a listing on SMTN and most asking prices there are very unrealistic, many are just ridiculous. On the relatively rare occasions when a listing seller and a willing buyer agree on a price, SMTN then also charges very high closing costs. SMTN is not a “scam”; they operate within the law, but in my opinion SMTN is just a very poor choice of a place to try to sell a timeshare. I seriously doubt that this obscure entity called “Strategis Realty” is any different.

Here's a good article about the steps you should take to try to sell your timeshare:

Just be aware that the majority of units are worth about zero dollars on the resale market. Some might be even worth less than that.
Just make sure that you do not pay any company an upfront fee to sell. Those companies are scams.
