I have a booking. I bought travel insurance for $168.57. Due to poor health I have had to cancel my trip. The insurance company wants the insurance number. I have no record of insurance other than the amount in the booking. Can you help me with the insurance policy number?

Megan, to filter postings by dates, when viewing a resort page, you'll want to select the red "View More" button to expand the view of the postings so all can be viewed. Once the expanded page loads, you'll see a white "Select Dates" button on the left side of the page right below the resort photo. Select this, and a calendar will appear that allows you to define by your month and year. If you're looking for a specific range of dates, you can also select the blue "I have exact dates" text that will allow you to narrow your preferred date range even more narrowly.

I been a redweek customer for over 10 years. I posted my timeshare for rent and come to find out apparently if you don’t spend the extra money for make it bold and verified it goes to the bottom of the list for that date. Well my posting is not bold nor verified and and not even posted. I’ve tried contacting customer service and ask someone to call me and I just get an email saying the bold and verified listing come first. I’m so frustrated with redweek.

I am looking at a rental that says it is in the residences but also says it is a 3 bedroom unit. How can I Check that it is not in the high rise but is in the residences?

I listed weeks with Redweek and used the basic “do it yourself” method. Now I realize that you have moved me to the back of the listings. I have been listing on Redweek for almost 20 years so I think it’s pretty sleazy that you changed the rules without letting me know when I paid to list. You have made my listings harder to see and sell. I need to learn about your management process to see if you are worth the extra unanticipated cost. If I want to try your more expensive listing process, where you manage the sale, can I adjust the status and pay you more while you “manage” listings?
