Has anyone purchased from Vallart Gardens?
We have also been scammed by the tune of 40 thousand and want to know how you the credit card to pay some money back. Our credit card was issued by Barclays through rci and we had to pay them off. Any information you can give us would be helpful. Please respond. Thank you

Has anyone found a way to get your money back from this scam at Vallarta gardens with the marketing group who does not reply to us and will not answer phones or letters? Has anyone gone to the news to an investigative reporter who can make this public? I don’t want others to go through this loss as we have. It is a lot of money to loose.

Photocopy your contract. Read your contract thoroughly, and highlight where you think breaches have occurred. Itemize (document) them all on paper. Research what you find. Speak to Barclays if you have not already? If they also are your personal bank, speak to someone there who has credit card knowledge. Find an employee at your bank whom you have confidence in; show them this website. Find other websites with similar threads about VG. Go to the Net to find as much free legal advice if you prefer not to incur legal expenses. Understand clearly the definition of fraud, find related examples in you contract, and take them to Barclays.

We own at Vallarta gardens and have since 2020, but have not ever used it because there’s never any availability for our season when we can go. Yes, we were told we could sell the weeks we don’t use, but were told after year 1 that the company went out of business. Almost a year ago I got a call from Capital Real Estate Advisory Group who said they would sell our VG timeshare, after $20k in “taxes” they stopped taking our calls and emails!! I had printouts of the escrow account our money went into, and a copy of the business license. If anybody knows of a law suit against them, I would love to know! I called Charlotte, NC police department and they said because money exchanged hands that we would have to go through attorney general, and BBB. NC Attorney General said we needed to contact the Charlotte PD…ugh!!!

I'm so sorry this happened to you also. I've been trying to get my money from them since 2023 and now I'm totally being ghosted by Capital Marketing. I cannot believe that Barclay's Bank has played a part in this scam. I'm disappointed and out alot of money.

Who contacted you from Capital Real Estate Advisory Group? We also lost over 40K at Vallarta Gardens from a 2021 sale. Theywere not listed on the NC BBB? We were just contacted by Capital Real Estate and pointed towards their brokerage license as valid: See site: https://license.ncrec.gov/ncrec/oecgi3.exe/O4W_WRAPPER?ID=O4W_LIC_SHOW_DETAILV2_NEW&LIC_NO=205264 License: 205264 Issue Date: 04/22/2003 Name: STEELE II, ROBERT W Type: BROKER Level: B Status: ACTIVE Primary Firm: ROBERT W STEELE II Firm may also operate under a trade name. I bought in January 2025 with the agreement that they purchased my Florida property. I started making payments and I’m not feeling very good about them keeping up their end of the bargain. Is there any advice that someone could give me moving forward? I feel helpless.

We have purchased several years ago and Capital Realestate Advisory reached out to us last year and again a day ago. Is it legitimate? We weren’t interested in selling last year but are thinking about it now. We’ve used our time in Mexico on several occasions and the Management has been very accommodating and kind to us. Am I missing something? I’m not currently drinking any margaritas🤣
