Has anyone purchased from Vallart Gardens?

Highly unlikely there's anything legit at all. Although, when I was there and agreed to buy, but rescinded within the 5 business day window, there were a couple of people who appeared to just be enjoying their return vacations without feeling they had been scammed. One of these two, however, was an elderly unhappy about his accommodations. He met with the manager to discuss, and ended up giving them even more money to rectify his dissatisfaction.

I have the same issue I buy the timeshare back 2023, for $3500. $3000 out of $3500 they make me apply for $3000 credit to a bank from Las Vegas NV.

Is there anyway can I request my money back to the bank?!

Yes, I have and I have no idea if they are legitimate or not. Searching for answers. I'm trying to sell my Vallarta Gardens B.S. Scam!!! Any help from anyone would be Greatly appreciated!

I BOUGHT A STUDIO IN 2015 and recently used it in February when all the violence happened in PV. I also got scammed on the Swiss Alliance Group annuity which is a non-existent business. I purchased at Kovay Gardens in May 2025 and now the Scam is out..My question is there anyone taking the ointment on this matter to start a Class Action Lawsuit??

Has anyone got an offer to buy your VG Membership? We were offered $55k yet we only paid $20k. The offer came from " CAPITAL REAL ESTATE ADVISORY GROUP LLC". The "offer" was conditional we pay back maintence fees of about $6k.

We were scammed too

Steve that's so clearly just another scam running on the scam. Don't do it!

Literally- EVERYTHING associated with this time share or ANY company doing business with them is corrupted and seriously needs to be taken to court. But they are very coy and it’s a shell game for sure. They are liars beyond imagination! I wish our government would get involved and get the word out to get reciprocity to help the victims and close this place down. But we know that most hotels and many timeshares are run by the cartel so good luck with that!!
