Has anyone purchased from Vallart Gardens?

Highly unlikely there's anything legit at all. Although, when I was there and agreed to buy, but rescinded within the 5 business day window, there were a couple of people who appeared to just be enjoying their return vacations without feeling they had been scammed. One of these two, however, was an elderly unhappy about his accommodations. He met with the manager to discuss, and ended up giving them even more money to rectify his dissatisfaction.

I have the same issue I buy the timeshare back 2023, for $3500. $3000 out of $3500 they make me apply for $3000 credit to a bank from Las Vegas NV.

Is there anyway can I request my money back to the bank?!

Yes, I have and I have no idea if they are legitimate or not. Searching for answers. I'm trying to sell my Vallarta Gardens B.S. Scam!!! Any help from anyone would be Greatly appreciated!

I BOUGHT A STUDIO IN 2015 and recently used it in February when all the violence happened in PV. I also got scammed on the Swiss Alliance Group annuity which is a non-existent business. I purchased at Kovay Gardens in May 2025 and now the Scam is out..My question is there anyone taking the ointment on this matter to start a Class Action Lawsuit??

Has anyone got an offer to buy your VG Membership? We were offered $55k yet we only paid $20k. The offer came from " CAPITAL REAL ESTATE ADVISORY GROUP LLC". The "offer" was conditional we pay back maintence fees of about $6k.

Literally- EVERYTHING associated with this time share or ANY company doing business with them is corrupted and seriously needs to be taken to court. But they are very coy and it’s a shell game for sure. They are liars beyond imagination! I wish our government would get involved and get the word out to get reciprocity to help the victims and close this place down. But we know that most hotels and many timeshares are run by the cartel so good luck with that!!

They said I would need to pay 4200 to the Mexico authorities to sell before the contract could be completed since I am a foreigner??

Yes, 2025. At that time the scam was with Blue Point Converters who would buy your other time share and/or repurchase your Kovay Gardens within a year. There are scams out there that say they have gone through a legal process (convincing paperwork) to recover your money. My contact with Mexican authorities and my bank cannot verify the forms. And, beware, there is a hefty upfront notary fee to get your money. Anyway to have a class action suit against them???

Yes and REGRET the bait and switch. Never stayed 1 night or day there. You know anyone who wants to purchase?

When I purchased Kovay was using a credit card company to help in the purchase. Does any one know if the credit card company can be sued? They must have had some idea what was going on????

When I purchased, I was referred to a credit card company to make the payment. Can this credit card company be sued. They must have known more about Kovay than the average person.

I just received a call from a Robert Steele of Capital Real Estate Advisory Group LLC. They are saying they will buy our Vallarta Gardens rip off time share. Has anyone else heard of this or dealt with them? Only a phone call now and on the call they are offering basically what we paid for it.

I don't want to get ripped off twice! I do see a reply where it is mentioned this could simply be Vallarta Gardens operating under the guise of a brokerage LLC.

If I had just read further in this group I wouldn't have had to ask. Thanks to all of you for taking the time to post here. Hopefully it helps others and saves them the loss of thousands of $'s.
